Church Camp 08!

The Hand of God.

"The Klick 5" haha.

Sweet Tif. (She's jus so adorable n playful)

Yes! I am back from church camp! And tk God it was good. The theme for the camp is 'Unveiling God's Glory.' And i certainly brought home with me this msg: 'I wanna live my life glorifying God.' Whatever I do; wherever I go, I hope tt God will be glorified. Amen.

I wld like to correct myself. This camp was not only good, but exciting as well. Cos, through the guidience of the Holy Spirit, we (Sam Sin, Titus, Rachel and myself) led a youth to pray the salvation prayer. His name is Jing Yi. A sec 1 youth. (From Sam Sin's cell) So friends, do congrats him when u see him in church.

As my mum and sis made their debut in this camp, I am delighted to hear tt they both enjoyed it. More importantly, I am glad tt they get to knw God and themselves better. They re both open and humble, hence, able to learn from our good Lord. Esp my mum, she is always willing to learn and Im learning tt from her.

This camp also provided an opportunity for me to get to knw more people from our church. And knw them better. I got to knw Kenneth Tham. He caught our (Justin n me) attention as he was always with his parents and seems to be a very quiet young man. And dont get me wrong. Being with parents is great, esp for a youth in a camp!!! Where we wld gladly "abandoned" our family to be in touch with our extended ones. Haha. So, after the first evening svc, Justin suggested tt we say hi to him and befriend him and invites him to come our room to watch Spain vs Russia match together with our crazy group. And we jus did all of e above. (Anw, tk God tt the Spain match wasn't shown live so tt we cld all sleep early. An early intervention from God perhaps.)

On the last day, Kenneth's mum tk me for 'reaching out' to his son. And we cld only tk God for this move. So, well done Jus-Think! Im proud of you.

Ok, besides Kenneth n Jing Yi, i got to knw other youths like the brothers Joseph and Joel C, Charis n Dione better. On the last night, we played silly and fun card games. And it was good.

(Special tks to Rachel Chan and Sam Sin for hosting us and allowed us to eat tibits on ur King size bed n "dirty" 'ur' blanket.)
